alpine mrd-301 on a 12L7

i am looking for a amp for my 12L7 it is dual 4 so i need a 2 ohm load and a kid said he had a mrd-301 of 95 shipped. Will this be a good amp for it i read in the birthsheet fourm that one put out 400x1 at 2ohm. Or is there a better amp i can get my price range is 150 or lower but i would like to stay 100 or lower as i have a few paintball tornys comin up

Only speaking for the quality of alpine amps, they are durable. I have had mine for about 2 or 3 months now at mostly full gain and full bass boost and there has not been a problem yet. I use it as a loud daily driver and am happy with it.

You should be pretty happy with that amp for getting it at below $100.
