Alpine mrd 300

I have an alpine mrd 300 amp. Was working fine, took it out for a few weeks- was working on car. When i put it back amp worked but is only relay quiet. ANY IDEAS

Whats the gain at?

Parametric EQ and level?

switch the speaker wires around there prolly out of phase.
