Alpine M650 or Kenwood 9103D for CVRs?

I have two dual 2 ohm Comp VRs 12 inch in a ported box. Each sub at 400 watts.

I can get the Alpine M650 for $200

-600 watts RMS at 2 ohms

-so 300 watts per sub

Or Kenwood 9103D for $300

-900 watts RMS at 2 ohms

~450 watts per sub.

Between the two....is the extra $100 worth it for the Kenwood, or will the Alpine kick just as hard?

I like my zx750.1 on my CVRs. I got it on ebay @240 shipped. Birthsheet said 930 watts.

FYI -- You can get the Kenwood for around $200 + shipping if you search eBay. Sorry, no experience with either.
