Alpine M500 amp hookup

I hope this is a simple question but I am replacing my factory sub with an aftermarket sub using the MRP-M500 amp from Alpine.

The question is, the amp has speaker level inputs for left and right channel. Since I am using the factory sub wires there is no left and right.

Do I just hook them up to left or right or do I tie them together?
