Alpine iXA-W407 or iDA-X305S

I'm putting this into a car with a double din opening, it also has a nav already with an extra video input, so i can already watch iPod video on the nav screen.

My iPhone is mounted on a mount and easy to get to. I'm using some McIntosh amps, with morel fronts and rears and a hertz sub. Sound quality is important and i know the 305s has better dac's, but haven't heard either so I'm not sure if its a "real world" consideration.

I like the clean look of the 407, but I think the 305 navigates the iPod better... lol
