Alpine/Ipod/Itunes help needed

Hey everybody, I have an Alpine INA-W900BT. Well my IPod updated to the newest ITunes and now it won’t read. I don’t see any updates on Alpines website or I can’t seem to find a way to go back to an older version of iTunes. I see updates for anther Alpine radios but not mine.

What can I do to fix this? Any ideas? I have been on the internet all day searching for a fix and can’t seem to find any answers
