Alpine install help

Yea i just bought an Alpine H/U and installed it but across the display screen it says INTERUPT. can anyone help me figure out what the problem is? did you ground the cell phone interrupt accidentally?

Cell phone Interupt? never heard of it. All wire hook up to my wire harness. Nothing else should be grounded.

Hooking CD player up to a 1999 Chevy C/k 2500 crew cab

I do not have the head unit with me right now so i could not tell you which one it is.
