Alpine Imprint, need help!!!

Ok ive got the imprint. But i cant get any sound through any of the RCA's, all im getting is a bunch of static and some weird noises. If i turn it up quite a bit im getting a little bit of music but thats all. Any ideas on what it could be? Im on the phone with them now and they are busy and have been for like 10 mins.

what HU are u using w/ the imprint?

Lolzerpops, i found it!! amazing what happens when i use the search function on google instead of this site(even tho i found the answer on this site). For future reference here it is:

The switch I was talking about is below the RCA outputs on page 44 of the manual "NORM" sound goes through the internal amp and "Ext AP" sound goes through RCA to the external amp.
I am just going by my experience with my 9886 that had the same switches. when I hooked up the PXA-H100 to it and played music, the sound was so low even at max volume. After chasing the problem I figured out the switch was on Norm. When I switched it back to ext ap it did the trick. Sorry if I confused you but his symptoms sounded the same from what happened to me.
