Alpine Imprint 3way+sub question

So im looking into getting the Alpine Imprint to add to my 9886 and running the active 3way it has (midwoofer, midrange, tweet)

My question is, can i still run the Sub output on the deck or will it be turned off, i dont want to run my subs with the midwoofs in the doors on the same channel. I want to have full adjustability with the mid and the sub seperate.

Short version: Will i still be able to use the sub out on the deck with the imprint connected?
