Alpine IDA X100 with KT 400 BT and Iphone bluetooth problem

Hello,

I hooked up my Alpine X100 to the KT 400 BT bluetooth module and can only hear voices through my speakers, but they cannot hear me. I know my mic works because if I turn internal audio off I can hear my voice through the speakers, but others can't hear me making conversations impossible. Anyone have any experience with an issue like this. I have been on the phone with Alpine Tech and they weren't much help. Also when the device pairs, it shows as a not supported device. I updated my Iphone 3G to version 3 and that did not help either.
