Alpine IDA-X001 Problems

I have had my IDA-X001 for a year now and its been working great...up until now. When I turn my truck on I have to take the face plate out and hit the reset button. I lose all my presets and have to re configure them. If it turn my truck off and then back on I have to do the same thing all over again. Any one had this problem with and HU out there?

ive had mine for around 7 months and havent had anything like this happen.
