Alpine HU ??

i have alpine amps that have plug for cable from alpine radio. I have the 1005 and 345 amps, and have a pioneer 690 deck now. would using an alpine radio and those cables be any clearer or would i even be able to tell difference? thanks

i think you are talking about the amplifier link unit, which lets you control the gain, sensitivity, etc from up-front. I dont know which link you need, but the one i need is the KCE-511M and good luck finding one, cuz ive been looking for months.

to the OP...it just lets you control the amplifier settings from your compatible deck

dude, i think if you were in front of me i would hug you right now. lol j/k But **** ive been trying to find that thing. You wouldnt happen to know if they will ship to the US do you, or have you ever bought anything from them?

yes, they ship to the US...i actually bought a part for an older alpine from them last year.
