So, since I got scammed out of my money for an alpine d300 from a current member on here.I think the motor on the flipout is dead and the screen is blank:verymad:

I was wondering if Alpine would even touch the unit. Its a flip out with AI-Net brain. I have never contacted any manufacturer to do service like this before. So any help and tips would be helpful.Who do I contact at alpine(Just call the 1-800-alpine?)

Also for those that have previously done it before how much did it cost for Alpine to take a look at it and fix the damage //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif

Alpine does not typically service units they direct you to send to authorized service centers in your area or state. Call them and see what they have to say.

Work on out of warranty models is typically done for a flat rate fee but could get more expensive once the unit is evaluated.

There is a service section on their website which is a good place to start getting information on where to send it.
