Ok, I bought a system a few days ago really cheap. It had two rockford p2's, a JBL 400 watt amp, a sealed box, and a cap for only 100 dollars. So basically I got the cap for free. I have all the wiring required to wire the cap, except I don't know if I need to charge it or not. Here are the questions, would a cap make a differance?

Should I just sell the cap?

If I were to install the cap, how would I charge it?

Right now I am leaning to the side of not wiring and selling it.

External caps are rarely the answer. However, they do have their places.
