Alpine flex 5 sound but no power

I have an old alpine flex 5. It has sound but doesn't seem to be actually amplifying. Is it something that can be fixed or a paper weight?

Where are you gains set on the amp? Do you have the correct outputs from your head unit going to it?

I've tried the gains all over the board. Its hooked to a pioneer avh p1400. I just used 2 sets of cables. Front and rear. I'm sorry but I'm not all together with electronics. When I got it new years ago it rocked 2 mtx 12s now in this vehicle its not powering the 1 Kenwood 12 like it should. I ll check gains again but is their anything else to check? The power light is on and the fuse is good but that's about all I know.
