Alpine F1 series needs repairs

I have 2 sets of the following:
Alpine DVI 9990 and PXI H990
The dvd players have issues ejecting the cd/dvd and jams up so as to not engage the disc.
The PXI's now both do not power up.

Alpine USA reply : "
"The units you are asking for repair are European units that have are usually not repaired at our location. They are also beyond the 7 years we are required to have parts for the repairs."

The units were purchased in Canada.
Anyone where I send these too to get them repaired?

I'm not sure myself but you could try the guys at Soundsgood Audio
There on Lougheed Hwy in Coquitlam
I've also heard good things about the guys at Certified Autosound and Security
They have locations in Abbotsford and Chilliwack .
I don't have any first hand dealings with them but a couple of guys I know do and they swear by them so...
I was going to tell you to maybe just look into new ones until I googled the models you were talking about

I can probably help you out. I purchased both my 9990s with faulty transports and fixed them.

I actually used an Iva-d300 transport and switched the electronics and laser and it works great.
I do have an extra PXI-H990 kicking around if I can’t fix it for ya.
