They are nice if you just want an entry level DVD player. Lacks a lot of the features and visual appeal of the 9865.

Not a bad deck at all. It's nice to have optical output if you have an H701 to boot.

its actually a great way for a flexible system plus video...add an h701 and some monitors and you are in business- i actually like its understated look
