anyway, the box's logo was done as follows:

custom-make a logo on Paint (i still have the .bmp if anyone's interested)

print it out on the thin cardboard

use a razorblade to cut out black pieces

use as a stencil on the carpet with white spraypaint

paint glue onto the spraypaint

another layer of spraypaint

so not only does it look cool, the white feels stiff as well

Oh yeah and the sub box actually fits into the trunk and can be taken out :-D

A sized-down version of the logo .bmp can be seen...

did you account for port displacement BEFORE you calculated the vb (final net volume) to find the tuning? jw, peace
