alpine cva-1004

i am possibly getting this headunit from a friend whos trading in their vehicle and i am putting my cheap jvc 100 dollar cd player in their vehicle and thinking of putting the alpine in my truck

wondering if anyone has any input on these, it has the nav with it, and the 6 disc cd/dvd changer

wondering if it is a decent headunit or should i keep my jvc and sell this alipne if i decide to do that how much is it worth

i played with one a couple times. i was a decent deck for what is was. one nice thing about it, you can buy an expanion(sp) box for it and get front, rear, sub outs and some a/v ins and outs ect.. i know with the cva 1003 you couldnt do that. you were just stuck with the one pre amp out put and aux. in.

and have the dvd/cd changer with it makes it alot better also.
