Alpine CVA-1003 TV Head Unit Help!!!!

So heres the deal.....I have a CVA-1003 in-dash tv hu. I have it playin the radio and my Ipod but cant get the picture with my ps2 working for dvds. I get sound but no picture, "picture is off for your safety" but i have the e-brake wire grounded. Is there anyway to get my picture working without the brain?

yes, get the bypass module off ebay, when i used to have mine i got it and everything worked fine after that

EDIT: i didnt fully read your post, so i dont know if u acn do it without the brain or not, but if you dont have the brain, how do you have the video input going to the tv?
