ALPINE cva-1003 IF BOX ERROR

I've had this in my truck for a while now and had it in the shop for ****** problems... but now my Alpine cva-1003 says IF BOX ERROR when i switch to the monitor part for DVD's... anyone have anyexperience in how to get that corrected?
