alpine cde-102 dc error HELP plz!

I need help with my alpine headunit(cde-102). It shows dc error when turned on. I have went as far as not having any speakers hooked up to the wires. I have made sure that they are not shorting out. I dont understand why it is doing this if someone could please help me i would appreciate it. Thanks.
