i was pretty disappointed to see that the 9857 did not have a motorized face. I mean come on, its alpine. you gotta have the motorized face especially since its their top of the line cd player. also i'm not sure if this HU has a 3 way xover. and it seems to have downgraded to 2v preout.

Yeah I was going to buy it but it just is too plain, no colors, not motorized and a lil screen. I just went with a pioneer DEH-P6800MP for less and better features and look. I miss my CDA-9855:crying:

its easier than controling it from the ipod...its the easiest thing ever
