Alpine CDA-9833 vs. Clarion ProAudio DXZ935

What do you guys think about these 2 head units? I don't care about MP3 ability and I'm mostly concerned about SQ. As far as I've seen, they're about the same price, the cheapest I've seen either one new is like $350.

oh yeah, I also like Eclipse HU, what's a good Eclipse HU in the same price range? like less than $400

I suggest the Alpine cda 9835.

It has every feature imaginable and can be had for less than $400 brand new plus shipping on ebay.
