Alpine CDA-9825 question..

I have this head unit in a car that was sitting for a while (batt disconnected), and since I started using it again, I always have to enable the MX amplification feature every time the radio is powered off and on again. It never required this before. Once it was turned on, it stayed on, even after the radio or car was shut off and back on. But now, when you turn the radio back on, the red light is on but goes right back off very quickly.

I've peered through the manual, but there's no explanation. Is there something obscure to check within settings somewhere, or is the unit just acting up?

It's obviously not a huge deal, it's just a pain in the *** to always have to hit the button.

Thanks,

Matt

this is a easy one as i used to own this deck.take the face off and there will be a little dot if you will, simple press this with a small pointed object carefully to reset the deck.this will fix it
