Alpine CDA-9815 Internal AMP No Output

So I just bought this deck and i've ran into a problem. I get no internal amplifier output when the deck is in CD/AUX/Changer mode. But when im in Tuner listening to the radio I get output, it's like when I switch modes the internal amplifier shuts off but its still sending a signal out of the RCA's because I can hear my sub thumping to the beat. PWR-IC is ON. Any ideas?
