Alpine amp confusion

I am confused with the new setup im going to run with my existing equipment. Front components are only going to be used in my new car. This is the amp I am using Mrv-f345 http://www.woofersetc.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=product.display&Product_ID=2459

Im sure if you are not familiar with the alpine switch settings you may not understand my question. If I wire the left front channel of the amp to the crossover and the right front channel to the CrossO am I getting the maximum power out of this amp? Or am is that not the right way?
