Selling my CDA-9887, got my hands on my first love //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif, a 9813, so I'm letting this one go. The deck is in 9.5/10 condition, basically because its used. Absolutely no scratches. I have the box, manual, and will include the ipod connector. The deck is mint. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/cool.gif.3bcaf8f141236c00f8044d07150e34f7.gif

Alpine Type X Components SPX-177A. Great set of components, they were used in one of my first installs, theyve only got about 25-30 hours play time if that. They've been sitting in my closet WAY too long, I believe something like 3 years //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/confused.gif.e820e0216602db4765798ac39d28caa9.gif Anyways, these comps sound great, they are known for having a really impressive midbass. The set includes everything except for the manual, and the extra woofer mounting rings. I do not have the original box, though I do have the styrofoam inserts, so I'll be putting this in my SPX-177R box and shipping it. Just goes to show how much I really enjoy these components, I bought the newer version //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif , though they sound identical. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crazy.gif.c13912c32de98515d3142759a824dae7.gif

The 177As were my first component set, great speakers.

The mids are based off the Vifa XT18, midbass isn't as good as some of the other 6.5-7" mids, but it's usable down to 63hz or so, mid range detail is excellent and usable up to 3-4khz no problem. Tweets aren't the best but they aren't very harsh or overly bright unless really pushed hard. That's my review for an active setup with em, but for passive the crossovers in that set are AWESOME. They allow different adjustments depending on where the speakers are mounted, and how far off axis they are, very cool.

Oh, and they can handle the power too, I had em running on my LP 2.2HV for over a year and they never broke a sweat.
