Alpine 9855 ?

i am having a wierd issue with my deck(well i belive the problem is the deck)

when i start my truck with the radio on, it comes on for a second or two then i lose sound for 2 seconds then it comes on again and works fine. the lights stay on the deck & the amp lights never go off. the only thing i have done recently was add my alpine sirius brain to the deck's power & ground. i think it started after that but can't be sure.

is there anything i could have done to the deck when i pulled it out?

has anyone ever had something like this happen?

could it be a setting on the deck that i can change?

any help would be great,

I have a 9853 and the same thing happened to me after I also got sirius. I dunno what causes it.

i got that happen to my 9855 too after i added sirus to it. I think all alpine have this problem..

I think the reason it happen is because the satelite radio signal is trying to connected to the satelite or something. Right when i notice that happen, i quickly discounted the satelite from the deck and it return to normal.
