why do you think that the 9887 is better than a 9855 ??

The menu system of the 9855 is horrible. It's not user friendly at all. the 9887 is much easier to use.

dont know if it matters but I chose the 9887 over the 7100 for a couple of different reasons.

Smart move the 9887 is so much better than the CD7100's I had.
