i own that pioneer and i really like it...the only thing is the blue in it can be kinda bright at times when it changes but other than that its awesome

yeah It's coo but it got this ground loop problem. I tried to search it up on how to fix it and found some solutions. I took speakerwire and tied it around the rca's and grounded it to the headunit. It took away the ground noise but at low volumes you still hear the car reving up. Kinda pissing me off so I am deciding to either stick wit it or get a new headunit.

Do you know with 100% certainty that it is indeed the deck causing the problem?

POS ? Yeah I am pretty sure it's the headunit. I installed another deck in and didn't have no noise.
