Instruction books just seem too time consuming sometimes though. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif Glad to hear you got it working though. I'm cosidering Alpine as my next deck.
yea those manuals are a good week read, with time off work and school and not sleeping. it's really worth it to read it and try and understand all the features of the deck you buy so you don't fudge it.
I playing with my 7897 right now. It is time consuming but has to be done to get full benefits of the radio.
The only thing I hate is the amount of gas I'm wasting. I ususally keep my car running while tuning. Caddy with a 4.9L V8.. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif
No one can tell you how to set your settings on an alpine deck. Youll have to sit in the car with the instruction manual and learn everything it does and how to set everything. Its self explanitory when you look at the book and read about the settings.
