okay heres the issue iwant to go active with my 7995 and i'm using a PA pcr4 to cross the tweets and mids. BUUTTTT the sound doesn't seem very well blended and it seems flat in male vocals. So how do i set this up. This is my first time trying active too so someone help me out on tunning this.

What speakers are you using? That will give us a starting point.
