Alpine 7897 or 7984?

I currently have an alpine 7863 (60*4) head unit. I would like to get a new one and have narrowed it between 7897 (50*4) or 7984 (60*4). If I went with the 7897 would I really notice the 10 watts I would be losing?

I have no plans of adding an amp so I want to make sure it sounds good as is.

if you meant a 7894 the diff is really only 6 watts rms dont look at max or peak loook at rms and no i dont think youll notice because the7897 has lot more features to make it sound better

bass engine pro w/5 band eq

6 ch time corrction

6 position xover

and of course the 7897 is bout 200 more in price but if have the money go for the

7897

i just put in a7893 and im lovein it wish i had the money to go w/ the7897

You will just LOVE the extra features of the higher model. The Bass and Treble EQs are simply wonderful. I traded my recently bought Clarion DXZ825 in for the CDA-7894 and I LOVE IT! Well that's my 2 cents.
