alpine 7892 opinions?

just picked one up on ebay with 6 disc changer for pretty cheap, friend has one and seems to like it. Anyone have any experience with them? Seem pretty nice and simple.

I had an Alpine 7893 and 7894, if it's anything like those, a pretty simple unit that was reliable for the years I had them...

he seems to really enjoy his and I wanted something along the same lines and found one on ebay for cheap with the cd change so I decided to grab it up. I didn't even know alpine had a 7xxx line lol..
