alpine 6x9s for 270$?

I am currently trying to get a system installed that I got...its consists of a Kicker SX 900.4 amp, kicker RS 65.2 component stereo set, and a Pioneer Premier DEH-P8MP...I was looking to buy 6x9s in the back of my camry to go along with the component set (RS 65.2). The place I went to said the only speakers that could handle the amp were Kenwoods for 240 and alpines for 270...I dont know the exact model numbers but i was hesistant to believe this bc most of these 6x9s are under 150 bucks on crutchfield. What do you guys think of this?

Im sorry if this seems like dumb questions, but i dont really know much about car audio and this is my first system and I received most of the parts for christmas.

Do you really need rear fill? Chances are, your system will sound better without them, but if u must... you can get much better 6x9's for a much better price. The pioneer rev 6x9's are the first that come to mind for 99 bucks. http://www.millionbuy.com/piotsd691r.html

They will have no problem handling the power from ur amp.

Not to mention if its just for rear fill you could wire them in series so they're an 8 ohm mono load then they'll surely be able to handle the power of that amp.
