Alpine 6.5 speakers

I wanted to up grade factory speakers in 3rd gen 4runner. I was thinking about an alpine amplifier K445 that's 45watts x4 channels for 6.5 speakers. There is the alpine SPE-6000 or the alpine S-S65. The S-S65 seems like a better speaker on paper but, will it sound better with the same power or will it be under powered? Tell me what you think and thanks ahead of time.
