Alpine 3555 worth rebuilding ?

One channel makes speakers crackle @ high volume and an echo like reverb effect on voice frequencies @ low volume (well until the music is louder than the noise).

Sooo is this waste of time tracking down the bad components ?

From what I can see the 2 big brown caps are bulging

Those big caps, from the pic anyway, look fine. The little ones need replaced but don't look that bad. Probably not what's causing your issues. You either have bad rca's, a blown channel or an input issue.
