Alphasonik 1000HCA

Audiobahn makes Alphasonik, so no, dont even try that amp. Try and get a USAmps AX1000DE that will do 1000w @ 1ohm and more.. around 1200w+ to be exact, with the proper electrical system. If your going to buy something that will turn out to be a pos dont buy it, save a little more and go for the big boys.. with that USAmps AX1000DE and the right electrical system you will love your setup, and it will last ya. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

chinny, hate to kick ya in the nuts, but no, they don't ****. They may have the same parent company, but would you say Planet Audio TT amps and the like, ****? Exactly, and the parent company of PA is boss..... Anyway, yes they are pretty good. I used a PMA300hc for a while and Bumpin150's got it now. A buddy of his also has 2 PMA1200da's, so you may want to ask him.....

but I cant find anywhere to find those us amps, i mean i went to there website but are there any internet dealers? and on the 1000hca ... I mean cmon there pushin 6000 watts and i have never heard anything bad of them ... plus whats wrong with audiobahn? i have audiobahn subs and amps and they are perfectly fine, I mean with my setup they have last about a year or so and they are still pushin hard

Thats because you havent played with the good stuff, my 1st system was audiobahn, but when i got into car audio i saw how every system i got was better than audiobahn, seriously man, im not saying audiobahn blows donkey penis(every 1 here will say they do) but they are a decent entry level of subs/amps... just try something in the top and you will see what i mean... As for USAmps and their dealers.. go to their "Dealers" page and locate a Dealer near you, of not PM flakko.

IF it's made by audiobahn then it sucks...at least the people you deal with incase anything ever goes wrong! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER AND THE WORST PRODUCTS EVER.

I heard from some one here that they found out that audiobling doesnt test their amps at diff loads, meaning they just make the amp and rate its power and ohm load by guessing, wonder why some amps they claim that their 1ohm stable arent and just end up getting hot enough to make your pancakes in them. Just go wuith the USAmps and you will remeber my name "Chinny" and you will even tattoo it on your butt cheecks and put a stick in ur car of both the "USAmps" name and my name on the windshield.

first off do not get an us amp unless u have big cash. cus the amp will last but the subs won't neither will ur electrical system. Look in mmats amps, they are not flashy but they get the job done.

x2, But like i always tell every one, if your going to upgrade something, upgrade it right, dont go from bronze to silver if you know that you can save a lil more and get gold.

^^^^ Your not lieing. I got a Audiobahn A4601T powering my current Polk Momo setup. That thing gets so **** hot it's not even funny. Burned me on my hand once when I went to go mess around with the gains after having it on for like 20 minutes. I hate audiobahn and anything related to them I would stick away from them.

There customer service shows how much they don't do anything for there products. Always out of stock when you need a new one. They don't test their amps they just send you a peice of crap...etc. etc. Anything in affiliation with Audiobahn is going to be a dead end and I would recomend saving your money cause in the long wrong it'll cost you more to get it fixed when you could've of just spent the extra money and got something you know won't fall apart on you in having it for only a month! (Personal experiances)

Rofl man, i actually laughed at your 1st paragraph, get the USAmps even if it will cost ya an extra finger man, take it from me.

Don't get me wrong, US amps are good amps, not the best, but good. Ran a couple myself back when. But for all the people who smoke their Audiobahn stuff, i don't know how you guys do it? I had an Alum 10, then went to an Alum12, and powered it with a Soundstream ref700sx, NO ISSUES at all, for a long time. Sold the sub to a friend, and 3 years later....still no issues. I have another guy i know who runs an Alpha amp(can't remember model number) on 3 Aluminum 12's(a-bahn) and, yep you guesed it, no problems. Bottom line is, if you like the Audiobahn stuff, you'll like the Alpha stuff. Don't let a lot of people who blow subs and amps and speakers left and right, then go with Adire, or ED or RE cause everybody and their idiot friend is doing it. One of the reasons they prob. havent smoked that stuff is due to how over-built it is, which is a good thing for all the people who can't seem to not cook "normal" gear.

Again, hope you make your decision based on what you know, or can maybe check out at a local shop.

Also, no one flame me for the ED, Re segment, if you read it carefully i wasn't putting them down, i even stated they were "over-built", so keep your post count, i agree they are good brands........(whew!)
