hey what is the max power you would suggest giving two q's? I want them to get as loud as possible without blowing them or sounding distorted and losing SQ. I was thinking maybe 1500w a piece is that ok?

During the Great 12" Challenge, they tested the Q and said it will be okay under 1800 watts with musical content. Check out the ROE forum for the results.

2000-2500w amp should be perfect and the coils are actually .7 and 1.5 i believe. i kno my d2 is 1.5 and wired down to .75 on a autotek-sx1700 at 1200w

if it's anything like the mag then it can take 1500 fo sho... never used an FI product though.

Your absolutely wrong. Some manufacturers underate their subwoofer. If you dont know anyone personal that has used on eof these subs how in the hell are you supposed to know how many watts it can take. STFU
