We use Wagner Thermoquiet pads where I work. They seem to be good. No complaints from customers.

I always use Hawk HPS Ferro Carbon pads. Ive had nothing but great performance and long life.

I'll second this. I've used them before and was very pleased. With performance comes another trade-off...dust. These will result in lots of break dust, for this reason I use ceramics now, but once again, I go for looks rather than performance.
