All strung out on car audio

So here it is, 4:45am on a friday night and I'm all strung out on car audio

3 months ago I purchased an brand new system to coincide with my new (to me) 4Runner... I get some of the best amps and subs available... after weeks of work and even having someone build my box (didn't have all the tools) I got it all installed... I immediatly wanted to jam screwdrivers into my ears because the CDT CL-61's sounded like crap

well I thought it was because they were in my screwy-*** fiberglass boxes... sooo

I tore my door panels up and sealed off my doors with 3/4" anti-fatigue matting (the kind checkout people stand on) and liquid second skin....

then I installed the CDT's... they sucked *** again and after two days a fiddling with the amp/hu I took them out and sold them

then I bought what were supposed to be Oz matrix elites for $150 bucks on ebay but alas the mids/crossovers were Oz vectors and the tweet was ME... so I sold them

then I wigged out and sold the IDW's and both amps (MBQ RAA2400 and Zapco Ref!!)

feeling good with 900+ in my PP account I bought a TC2+ and a Memphis belle

then I shipped everything and got nailed with $140 in shipping fees

then I planned on buying Rainbows... ahh rainbows.... but then I wanted to go active... then rainbows then active, then rainbows

then somehow my HU is for sale and I'm PM'ing people trying to buy the TC2+ they JUST ****ING BOUGHT from the same person I did so I can have two and I'm contemplating driving 8 hours to vancouver to trade my kenwood for an alpine with t/a

so now it's a few hours ago... and I try to sleep but my brain CHURNS with possibilities... at this point the only thing I have nailed down is the Memphis belle I have (for now //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crazy.gif.c13912c32de98515d3142759a824dae7.gif :crazy: )

and it's 5 IN THE **** MORNING! So I'm trying to quiet my mind by downing 5 shots of capt morgan all at once but I can't because I can't get my ****ing hands off the keyboard....

so can anyone sell me some crack so I can get into a less addicting habit?

Someday in the future I'm going to be looking at all the pics I took during this process and wonder why I didn't stick with the drugs.

Well at least i feel better than i'm not that only one thats bad. when i went to go sleep last night, i had two windows open on the bottom to firefox. i close one window and it said "do you want close the other 5 tabs as well?" all of which were car audio related. then went to close the other window, it again said "do you want close the other 4 tabs as well?". all four of which were of course car audio related websites. i had 9 tabs open on firefox, all which were about car audio.

I used to be bad like that. So bad I went bankrupt over it. Well a lot had to due with my car getting stolen that had over 5gs in car audio in it. But over the years I ended up putting myself in one hell of a hole. So trust me I know where you are coming from. umm I hope that doesn't do the same to me... of course my "bank" (read: parents) are forgiving on my loans at least the car is safe...

but I'd be screwed if the system was stolen... I have insurance on it but I'm not sure how helpful geico would be

i was on the hwy at 11-12 at night on the 4th of july. dumbass mexican chick is parked in her dark green truck in middle of the lane of a 2 lane hwy watching the fireworks with her two kids in the car, no lights on at all, once again parked, truck wasnt in drive. in a truck with 35"s on it, going 60 mph, it takes a lot to slow down. there was a car next to me, and a wall on my left, so i had no choice but to hit her. got on the brakes and collided with the F150 at about 15 mph, not that theyre wasnt a lot of force behind it though.

got 1 point for being at fault (got ****ed by the rear end law, i guess it doesnt apply to illegally parked cars on the highway with no lights on at night, even though california law states that if you dont have your lights on in the rain and get rear ended, its your own fault. yeah the laws are ****ed up)

and i got another point since she got hurt. she got out and was perfectly fine, called her husband, and then she called 911 after she called the hwy patrol, she didnt tell them she was injured though. that lying sack of shit, i wish she would have gotten her shit splattered all over the windshield so she had a reason to call.

but i'm not bitter. 500 a month for the next 3 years.
