All satellite radio brands the same??

I was looking around and noticed that there are different brands of Sirius radio. Will any of these work with my kenwood HU which is sirius ready????

what do you mean different brands? do you mean the different plug n play kits? sirius is the same no matter what kit you get. it's like tv. cable is cable but your actual television set is different. your just getting different brands of tuners. some have different features then others just like a tv.

Ya I am just looking at a sirius staellite radio and noticed there were different kinds and just wanted to make sure it would work with my deck as in plugin into the deck...

are you talking about plug and play units, or a direct tuner that hooks into your deck? got a link to what you are talking about?

I was just searching ebay for them and seen different kinds.I am looking just for something that I can hardwire into my truck so yes hooking it up to my deck and hardwiring the 12v power in...

then you have to make sure you deck is sirius radio ready. then buy the tuner for that deck and it should wire to the changer controls on the deck and you do all your tuning on the deck.

If you already have a unit that is SIRIUS READY...all you need is the sirius tuner box. It's a small box that goes under your dash...

Yup they should. They'll be a two-tone gray box, that says "Sirius Connect" on it.
