How the hell was I suppose to kno the **** alarm would go off full blast when i put the **** negative terminal on?!

I did not remove positive though. Then connect the negative and bam.

How do I prevent it next time? It is an aftermarket alarm. Do I just disconnect it from the positive terminal?
