Alarm Problems

I have a crimestopper CS-2011 IV installed in my 94 Chevy S-10. The problem is whenever I disarm the alarm the get a constant beep. Another problem is any siren i put into the unit gets shorted out after installing it. So since i have no siren i believe when i unlock the truck to disarm the unit i think the alarm is actually setting off. The only way i can get it to stop beeping is if i press the unlock button twice. Any ideas??

sounds like the out put on the brain is bad might wanna get anothe alarm,dei alarms are the best in my opinion.
