Airspace issues

Alright went over to the sound solutions forum and some of the guys said that i 2.2cu.ft. ported isn't enough for a pair of 10s or 12s, so now i'm back to looking for a single 12 that can handle 1,100rms, which i didn't want to do because of the cone area. So now i need you guys to recommend me a 12 since i can't do tens that will sound louder and way better than my old pioneer tsw3004spl that was in 1.75 @ 32hz. My budget is about 350(very Max).
