Air ride problems in winter?

Are there any problems with having an air ride suspension in winter? Would I have to worry about them freezing, or the truck freezing to the ground?

My cousin always wrapped the tanks in some material, like the kind for warming up tires for racing and he never dropped it all the way I know that. I would say to do the same thing to be safe. Im not positive though.

What kind of air ride? The stock air shocks, or an aftermarket setup/air bags?

What kind of car?

only issue would be water in the air lines freezing, but thats what a water trap is for i guess..
