could have just extended the straight part to reach the side wall instead of doing it over. But you got more practice. Only did a few kerfs before the novelty wore off...

I normally pilot and countersink, but this was a quick freebie build for a guy with some piss poor subs. Doubt they will hurt the box expecially with 4 screws and clue on that wall...

I did, just cut another piece to fill the difference and I will place a second 1/2" baffle on it if he complains. It was hard at first to see how it would cuve, but once I did it and got it right the processes doesn't seem that hard..
