i feel we shouldnt have to suffer becuz folks at aig and lehman brothers make bad business movestheres folks that lost alot of money in investments and there low to middle class folks who lost there earning cuz of banks folding...its not fair across the baord

1st, but I believe it is necessary.

Studying the great depression, one of the primary factors leading to it was the fed not acting as a lender of last resort, causing a liquidity squeeze.

I was wondering how that math worked out, its obviously a forwarded email from idiots. 85,000,000,000 / 200,000 is 425,000, so who are the lucky 200,000 people going to be? People need to learn math before they're economists.

lol...even it was the 700b bailout...200million americans will only get 3500 bux be4 taxes and at the 30% rate that was mentioned we will only get 2450 in our pockets which will send 210b back to uncle sam...lol wouldnt work sorry thread op
