AGP Vid Card for 42' 1080p?

Actually, this is more than likely the last great AGP card. Any card that supports 1080p will be fine as long as you don't intend to run intense 3d games. The newer ATI 2400, 2600 are relatively cheap and are available in agp. I'd grab something like a cheap x1650 if your only looking for the 1080p resolution.

HD 2400/HD 2600 support UVD and HDMI, unlike the X1650 ... Plus they're quieter, faster and not much more money ...

the saphire 3850 is the newest generation and pwns the shit out of the 2*** series cards and anything under, plus you can game with that shit. get a dvi to hdmi cable but from my experience on my 37" using a digital input (component/hdmi) gives piss poor color quality so i just stick with standard RGB for my 8800GT

Just to be clear, it MUST be AGP. not looking to spend over $70. Preferably less. The issue im having now is that it WILL actually run at 1920x1080 on the 5200, but the screen is squished (black bars on the sides) and It will not allow me to stretch it full screen like it will with lower resolutions using the aspect settings on the tv.

Component is analog ...

You can use powerstrip to make custom resolutions or tweak your current one.
